Customer Service Issues

I bought my SunRay Waverly in March 2023 and had problems with rain/moisture infiltrating the side and causing warping, shrinkage, expanding, or even splitting. My customer service rep at Avide Home contacted SunRay about the issue but no reponse. Does not seem to be made for outdoors. Buyer Beware.

After a thorough reasearch we decided on the Harvia Topclass

Quick and easy

The order process was quick and easy, the sauna arrived on-time, installation was simple, following the provided instructions, and the sauna is extremely high quality. Quite frankly I don’t know how we lived without it especially the Android & iOS app that supports the heater to turn on/off while I am not near the sauna ie: on a treadmill and then went into sauna when it is heated up. Many thanks to Alex & Slava! highly recommended BSauna (based in Barrie Ontario)
